Terms Of Service
Credit
◆ Credit MUST be given to XanderDigital!
(Or else Legal action will be taken!!!)
◆ For ALL tracks, I'll require you to Credit me in the panels (Twitch), &
Description (Youtube).
For songs made with any of the tracks created I MUST be credited within the track info.
ALL tracks are tagged with my producer tag. To get a track without the tag it will have an upcharge!
◆ For Audio Mixes, my only request is that credit is given.
Purchases
◆ All purchases will be made through PayPal. I'll need you to give a Paypal email so that I can send an invoice. If you have issues with Paypal I can give you a Paypal.me link for payment instead.
- Purchases are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Send as Goods/Service
- Check No address needed
- Do NOT include any extra information about the commission in the PayPal transaction. The only exception is your username.
◆ All payments MUST be paid upfront unless otherwise stated. I will not start on the commission until after I've received payment.
◆ If I do not receive a payment within 24hrs, the order is canceled.
Refunds
◆ I will give refunds in full if I haven't started the work.
◆ I will only give out partial refunds depending on how much of the work I'm finished with.NOTE: All commission request WILL BE REVIEWED before they are accepted. If the type of sound you're looking for is out of my range I will decline.
ALSO I usually won't give out full refunds once the commission is completed. However, if you are unhappy with the results I am more than happy to give you discounts on future purchases from me!

I'll do a total of up to 2 re-dos if you feel as if something should be changed
The final product will be sent to you as a .Wav file (highest quality file)
